Nigerian Startups: An Opportunity To Join The 7-day guided tour to Germany

Exposure Trip to Germany for Startups and Small and Growing Businesse

The Delegation of German Industry and Commerce (AHK Nigeria), in cooperation with the Tech Entrepreneurship Initiative “Make-IT in Africa“ (GIZ), invite Nigerian startup founders to a 7-day guided tour to Germany’s startup hotspots in Berlin, Hamburg and the Ruhr area.

Explore some of Germany’s most promising startup hotspots; connect to peers and talent; build a feeling of what drives the German “startup-scene”; get a grasp of current developments in the market; and most importantly meet potential customers, partners or investors.

Up to three Nigerian startups with convincing solutions in the fields below would have the chance of being sponsored for their trip to Germany.

- Energy and Energy Solutions
- Internet of things/Industry 4.0
- Logistics/Transport

Program Requirements:

- Your startup is in the “market testing” phase: i.e. you must be beyond the seed stage; successful accomplishment of first investor rounds is beneficial

- You have developed a scalable business model with an international approach and your product could be of interest to German and European customers

- Your startup is active in the fields of Energy/Energy Efficiency; Internet of Things/Industry 4.0; Logistics/Transport
