What Are The Questions You Need Answers To?

As humans, our hearts are filled constantly with thoughts – analysis or questions. And often, the questions are those we probably didn’t have answers to because our analytical mind can’t deduce the answer to “how the child was formed in the womb”.

Then as Christians, we go through situations, issues and challenges that question our belief and sometimes causes us to question God’s existence and His love for us.

Especially at those times when your mind takes you back to the scripture that says “God will never leave you nor forsake you” and where Jesus said; “my peace I leave with you”.

Connecting these words to your present phase and stage in life do not mix, and can’t seem to be what God intended for us. After all, “for God so loved you that He gave His only son to die for you”.

That now brings us to a place of many questions: a junction where we seek answers and a journey that can be altered if the answer didn’t show up.

Now the interesting part, there’s this ultimate point when the pressure of life comes on you where you can relate to the scripture that says’s “if your strength fails in the day of adversity, you are a weak specimen”, you stood your ground.

You start to gather every of your arsenal because you can only give what you have. In this instance, what you have is the word of God. Then through the process, You are so sure of coming out victorious in a short time so that you can go back to eating your noodles with peace of mind like a normal person should because you’ve lived on a meat-a-day for 7 days (fast & pray).

Alas! Nothing happened. Nothing changed. No improvement. No advancement. You are at the same place you started from. Your mind begins to wonder: “where is God this whole time? What are my sins? What am I doing wrong?”.

Well, all I can say is welcome! You just arrived at that place where promotion and upliftment happens. You know that kind of thing when the bible talked about “taking you from the marry-clay and set you up on the rock to stay”.

Remember when God brought out the children of Israel out of Egypt? It took them more than 40 years to get to the promised land God told them about. But God promises are sure just as Joshua recounted, accounted and attested to on his last days on earth.

I wish I have an answer to give to you, the type that can keep your mind at rest, then keep believing and have faith in God. But, I don’t. All I know is that it is a phase and it came to pass.

But you must be prepared to enjoy the fruits and proceeds from this encounter.

What are the questions that you need answers to? What troubled question have you taken to God in prayer that you’re yet to get answers to?

Why is God so quiet? Why is He not saying anything? Why is this temptation taking this long to go?

Nobody has the answers to your questions but I guarantee that somebody knows – the questions of your heart, the pains and hurts you feel inside and the answers that you seek.  Somebody knows!

Jesus knows.

No wonder He says he will be with you all through and be your comforter.

Keep on trusting God, never relent in your worship of Him, and in due time, if you faint not, you shall inherit the promises.
